CONVOS is a talk series centered on the intersections of STEAM, creative careers and entrepreneurship. Our first guest is Malcolm Joseph, A.I.E's Director of Music & Arts and teacher of A.I.E.'s current "Music Production & Engineering" Class in partnership with the New Jersey Workshop of the Arts. From touring with Grace Jones and performing at Afropunk Music Festival, to being the Music Director of UK-group Massive Attack, Malcolm Joseph has seen all sides of the music industry.
