Pamela Brug, M.D. MMSc, AIE Founder, President

Dr. Brug is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology with an M.S. in Medical Education and Leadership. She serves as the President of the NJ Black Womens Physicians Association. Dr. Brug is a passionate educator and activist, always putting her family and her community first.

Hollie Hartford, AIE Founder, Executive Director

Hollie has an M.S.Ed. in both Education Entrepreneurship and Elementary Education with a certification in middle school mathematics. She has 12 years classroom experience and 8 years as a mathematics education consultant. She is a passionate educator and mother of three.

Malcolm Joseph, Executive Director of Music and Art Programs

Malcolm is a professional musician and founder of Youth Musicians Sessions at dBs Music, Music Technology and Performance Institute in the United Kingdom. He writes and produces music and is a visiting lecturer at Truro College.
